Jr. Producer/ Experiential Marketing Agency

Overview

As a Junior Producer at our Experiential Marketing Agency, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of brand experiences and events. You will work closely with the production team to pull assets from the warehouse, deliver them to events, assist with event setup, provide load-off support during events, prepare vehicles, and ensure the proper functioning of equipment. Your attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure, and commitment to maintaining the aesthetic quality of setups and equipment will contribute to the success of our campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Producer and production staff in pulling assets from the warehouse, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are ready for deployment.
  • Prepare vehicles for transportation, ensuring they are loaded with the necessary materials and equipment for each event.
  • Assist with unloading assets at event venues, working closely with the production team to ensure everything is set up correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Provide consistent and effective communication with the production team before, during, and after events, keeping everyone informed of progress, challenges, and any necessary adjustments.
  • Work closely with the account manager to understand the objectives and requirements of each campaign, ensuring that all elements are executed according to the client's vision.
  • Breaks down and loads event materials for delivery to RMD.
  • Adheres to all OSHA safety standards, as required by law.
  • Provides good customer service and maintains a professional manner and appearance to enhance the company's image.
  • Identify potential challenges and proactively work to resolve them to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the production team to enhance future campaigns.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event production, experiential marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to vehicle safety and fleet management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and unforeseen circumstances during events.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to event production and equipment handling.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
  • Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers.
  • Entry level Computer Skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel to event locations as required.
  • Valid Driver’s License/Clean Driving Record

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to stand/walk 100% of shift.
  • Frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in fluctuating temperatures.
  • Ability to work under adverse situations and conditions (e.g., dirty, noisy, etc.).
  • Flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Pay Range- $25-$32 DOE
